Fall Creek Atelier, a curated gemstone boutique located in the heart of vibrant Press Bay Alley, is seeking a reliable, independent, and charismatic individual to join our team as a Boutique Assistant.

What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist customers with warmth, product knowledge, and positive energy
Educate visitors about gemstone properties, energies, and benefits
Open, manage, and close the boutique independently during your shifts
Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (especially Instagram)
Represent the Fall Creek Atelier brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized shop environment
What We’re Looking For:
Must be available on weekends, with the ability to work solo for 8-hour shifts
Independent, reliable, and self-motivated
Outgoing and friendly, with a naturally sunny and social personality
Interest in or knowledge of gemstones and their energetic/spiritual uses
Comfortable using and creating content for social media (especially Instagram stories, posts, and reels)
Willing to learn and open to direction
Strong communication and basic sales skills
Compensation & Details:
Pay: $20/hour
Type: This is a contracted position – meaning you’ll be hired as an independent contractor rather than a traditional employee.
You are responsible for your own taxes
This position allows for a level of autonomy and creativity, ideal for someone seeking part-time income in a creative, community-oriented environment

Have previous retail, sales, or boutique experience
