SDM Rentals is seeking a skilled carpenter / maintenance individual. Ideal candidate would be skilled in all phases of construction. We do full remodeling and new construction. Our units are newer, well taken care of buildings. We do work such as windows, siding, decks, as well as brand new buildings from the ground up. Experience in electrical and plumbing/heat is a plus. Applicant must have clean drivers license, be self motivated and knowledgeable in the construction trade. Their own tools is a plus, but we own tools as well. This is a full time job m-f, and is year around. We have a few projects coming up with a 16 unit new construction being one of them.
