WHAT'S REQUIRED:
-Positive Attitude
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferably truck or van)
-Minimum of 5 years experience in residential construction
-Experience with reading plans and building to code requirements
-Create next day task list and communicate progress with owner
-Ability to delegate tasks to team members
-Ability to estimate materials needed on site and problem solve unforeseen issues
-Communicate respectfully with customers
-Able to lift 75 lbs
-Experienced with power tools and hand tools needed for carpentry work/building
