Utilize evidence-based practices to influence patient care plans and improve outcomes.
Engage in professional development and unit-based governance to support practice environment improvements.
Collaborate with care teams, adapting to change and supporting colleagues when needed.
Maintain productive relationships with staff and patients, promoting a positive, culturally aware work environment.
Apply the nursing process to provide holistic, patient-centered care, using critical thinking to address clinical and psychosocial needs.
Communicate patient conditions clearly and document comprehensively for care continuity.
Prior RN experience strongly preferred
Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan to assess and meet age-specific patient needs.
Ability to establish positive, caring relationships with a wide range of healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Utilize strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in patient care.
Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) within 30 days of hire
Registered Nurse (RN) OR Temporary Practice Permit (TPP)
