This location is closed on Sundays.
Day shift only: Office closes at 6pm.
Accurate pay rate: $20 per hour.
Your Role:
Lead day-to-day operations for one or more stores.
Cultivate meaningful customer relationships, understanding their storage needs and delivering innovative solutions.
Surpass sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
Assist new customers through rental processes and agreements.
Master handling cash, balancing receipts, pursuing collections, and overseeing daily bank deposits.
Maintain the highest cleanliness standards for your facility through general maintenance duties such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
Work independently, as a team, or alongside other stores for collective success.
Be prepared to run errands and travel to different store locations.
Your Qualifications:
Bring at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, with the ability to showcase your exceptional interpersonal skills.
At least one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
Navigate systems with ease, utilizing your strong computer skills.
Hold a current, valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (excluding NYC).
Possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent - a college education is a welcome plus.
