Assists in the analysis, verification, tracking and development of implementation plans for system development and implementation of project access which may include discovery, design, conversion, testing, and/or any other components of the project plan cycle.
Helps in ensuring processes are compliant with system policies, applicable laws, and contractual bargaining agreements.
Collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues.
Assists in consultation with departments to provide customer support during and post implementation.
Troubleshoots issues and resolves concerns as well as recommends necessary fixes.
Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
0-1 years of relevant experience, required.
HIGHLY PREFERRED
Healthcare Experience
Revenue Cycle Hospital Billing Experience / Collections Experience
Ideally 1-3 years of relevant experience
Reviewing Hospital Claims, anything that has been billed already after date of service
