Req Number 114379Job DescriptionManages, plans, and coordinates the execution of Change Management initiatives. Participates in the design and implementation of change management strategies, plans and activities on projects and initiatives focused on change management enablement across the system to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.Job ResponsibilityDevises new methods and procedures using strong analytic and inductive thinking, such as leading the change management process for assigned projects / initiatives including developing plans, creating content, engaging stakeholders, overseeing change activities (i.e., stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis) and executing on respective plans.Serves as a project/technical lead on small to medium sized projects by assisting in the design and execution of interviews, surveys, focus groups and other measurement tools to assess stakeholders' readiness level for change; writes and produces various communications to drive organizational change and influence behaviors.Provides strategic advice and guidance to functional areas, including coordinating with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and designs holistic, integrated training plans to drive adoption of the health systems, processes and programs.Identifies and engages change agents to disseminate information and gather feedback on large-scale change projects.Advises and provides recommendations to senior executives on matters of significance by identifying change metrics to track, and coordinates with subject matter experts to build and maintain metrics scorecard for change readiness projects.Builds relationships within HR to drive awareness of the change management function and position the function to provide maximum value to the organization.Works with senior executives to develop and drive system-wide functional strategies by coordinating and facilitating interactive working sessions and meetings with project sponsors, workgroups, and other key stakeholders to inform change management approach.Serves as a change management subject matter expert to team members in department and others within organization on basic to complex tasks and projectsServes as a change management subject matter expert to both change management team members and stakeholders outside of the department.Performs related duties as required. Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
10+ years relevant experience with 2+ years leadership / management experience preferred.
5+ years' experience with the Salesforce platform, preferred.
Prosci or CCMP certification preferred
Salesforce Admin certification preferred
Experience in healthcare, preferred.
Strategic change management plan development experience, preferred.
Holistic training plan development experience, preferred.
Experience with metrics/surveys/focus groups, preferred.
Presentation development and facilitation experience, preferred.
Hybrid role - at least 1x/month in office (Lake Success or Melville).
