Req Number 142105Job DescriptionManages, plans, and oversees the activities of the respective Change Management department. Participates in the design and implementation of change management strategies, plans and activities on organizational change initiatives to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.Job Responsibility1.Provides leadership to Change Management team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.2.Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.3.Participates in developing and executing management plans designed to drive employee adoption and minimize resistance.4.Supports the design and deployment of change management tools and activities on large-scale initiatives, including but not limited to stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis.5.Assists in the design and execution of interviews, surveys, focus groups and other measurement tools to assess stakeholders' readiness level for change; writes and produces various communications to drive organizational changeand influence behaviors.6.Coordinates with subject matter experts to identify training requirements and designs holistic, integrated training plans to drive adoption of the health systems, processes, and programs.7.Identifies and engages change agents to disseminate information and gather feedback on large-scale change projects.8.Identifies change metrics to track and coordinates with subject matter experts to build and maintain metrics scorecard for change readiness projects.9.Builds relationships within HR to drive awareness of the change readiness function and position the function to provide maximum value to the organization.10.Coordinates and facilitates interactive working sessions and meetings with project sponsors, workgroups, and other key stakeholders to inform change readiness approach.11.Serves as a change management mentor to team members in Organizational Development and others within organization.12.Performs related duties as required. Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience (within Change Management), required.
Master's Degree, preferred.
