Mid sized mechanical company looking for a reliable, organized person to manage day to day bookkeeping, payroll, receivables, payables Certified payroll, reports, put together quotes, bids and related documents, assist in general office task answering phones, proposals, stetting up appointments and working with team
Track job cost and spending, help to create budgets and planning for projects
Must be a team player, easy going person capable of working in a family type environment
Must be able to chip in and be a part of the team no matter what the task
