We are a well-established, family-owned independent insurance agency specializing in commercial insurance. With over 30 years in business, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to commercial insurance clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewal paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Assist producers with quoting, binding, and servicing accounts.

Handle billing inquiries, coverage questions, and claims reporting.

Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency management system.

Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in commercial insurance preferred (minimum 1–2 years).

Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within a set timeframe).

Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages (GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella, etc.).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar a plus).
