Customer Service Representative (Oceanside)
This is a Part time/Full time position with 20+ hours per week.
Data-Struction, Inc. is a document destruction company located in Oceanside, NY.
We are currently seeking an experienced customer service representative.
Hours are 3-5 days per week from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Representative is responsible for answering phones, taking sales orders, scheduling jobs, data entry, invoicing and addressing any/all customer needs.
Applicant should have a vast experience and knowledge in the customer service field and must have experience with answering phones and working in an office environment.
Applicant should be knowledgeable and have invoicing experience, inside sales experience and experience with quickbooks, microsoft word and excel.
Looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills. Someone who enjoys working with others, is able to solve problems and knows how to get the job done.
