Our company is a growing 35-year-old company selling & servicing Hot Tubs & Swim Spas, as well as selling Parts, Chemicals, and Accessories through a Brick-and-Mortar Location and Worldwide via its Websites.
We are looking for a hardworking, personable person to fill a full-time Customer Service position.
If you are employed by another pool or spa company and are looking to move to the next level, we are looking for you and will beat most compensation packages.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and screening phone calls
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Dispatching/Scheduling service appointments
- Advise/Provide customers with general information on products/services
- Create/Update customer profile records
