We are a large roofing, chimney and siding contractor looking for a motivated and hardworking individual who has experience in our industry and able to work under pressure since we are very busy. Its preferable experienced customer service.
Primary duties included but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments with customers
- Being in constant contact with the technicians/estimators throughout the day
- Data entry
- Preparing the working schedule for the next day
- Filing paper work as instructed
- Once again, answering calls and scheduling appointments!
- Please be computer literate with Word and Excel
This position is a scheduled 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday.
