We have positions available for customer service representatives willing to work in a team environment and able to flourish in a small office setting. Ability to handle heavy phones and clerical/office work. (Minimum 3 years experience)

-Be able to handle heavy phones and diffuse customer disputes
-Be computer savy (fluent with Microsoft Word and Excel)
