We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling service calls, assigning jobs to technicians, and providing excellent communication between customers, field staff, and management.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and schedule plumbing service appointments
Dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and availability
Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
Enter job details into dispatch software and keep records accurate
Support technicians with directions, parts requests, and job details
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the geography of Montauk and surrounding areas
Prior dispatching, scheduling, or office experience (plumbing preferred)
Strong communication skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch software
Experience with FieldPulse dispatch software is highly desirable
Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
Schedule: Full-time, office-based with occasional after-hours calls.
