Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale is looking to hire a full time Service Receptionist/Cashier.
Looking for a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills.
Candidate must be professional, customer-focused, respectful and organized individual. Should be able to collect payments and handle a multi-line telephone system efficiently. Excellent communication skills are essential, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is also important.
Shift includes:
Mondays & Tuesdays: 10am to 6pm
Wednesday: Off
Thursday & Fridays: 9am to 6pm
Saturdays: 7am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Take payments from customers (cash, credit card, check)
Close out repair orders and part tickets
Remind customers of upcoming appointments or maintenance due
Closing out drawer at end of shift
Answer multi-line phones system & direct calls to appropriate person
Make service appointments
CDK experience a plus but not necessary.
