Gourmet Bake Shop is looking to hire a baker for a full time position. This is a well known retail bakery in the New Hyde Park area, close to the Queens border. Early mornings, 6 days a week, Mondays off. Minimum 2 years experience working in a bakery environment is necessary. The job requires working with bread, rolls, danish, mixing, benchwork, and oven work. Must be reliable and able to work holidays.
