The store manager is someone who:
-Recognizes the staff are a group of individuals and work together to bring the team together using indivudal strengths
-Excels in organizing their time and delegates tasks in order of urgency
-Encourages a supportive environment, listens to peers, troubleshooting and keeping communication lines open
-Anticipates roadblocks and provides thoughtful, practical solutions
- Resolves customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
General Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
-Manage daily staff and assign roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Managing kitchen, delegating cleaning tasks
-Keeping the store presentable and clean according to NY requirements
-Operate the walk in oven as needed
-Operate the commercial mixer as needed
-Operate the warmer as needed
