We are growing wholesale dessert manufacturer located in the Stony Brook Incubator over 7 years, seeking a P/T kitchen assistant to help in our process (cooking/packing/cleaning/stock replacement). Pudding trays and cartons can weigh 25 lbs. each at times. Must be fast learner, clean and follow training directions. Saturday & Sunday mornings 7:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (additional hours available), and Monday flexible hours. Commercial kitchen experience a plus as well as Dept. of Health Certificate. Need transportation to and from facility in Calverton. No smoking at this State Building. PLEASE SEND KITCHEN RESUME OR WORK EXPERIENCE. Start asap.
