Responsibilities:
Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and precision during high-volume service
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
Follow all recipes, plating specs, and sanitation standards
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assist with prep, inventory, and closing responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
Strong knife skills and deep knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
