- RN 35/h - LPN 28/h.
Homecare patient - on ventilator and with G-tube.
Nice neighborhood . Lives with family.
Has rare form of Muscular Dystrophy.
Can speak but can be hard to understand .
Open shifts - - -
Day Shifts - 8am to 4pm. Monday through Friday .
Evening Shifts - 4pm to 12 midnight. Monday through Sunday .
Overnight Shifts - Saturday and Sunday, 12am to 8am.
Hours may be flexible.
Must have Medicaid Provider Number. New provider numbers are issued quickly (7 to 10 days) dew to the Coronavirus problem.
