Single mom looking for a professional, reliable, mature, and caring LPN/RN for my 18 yr old son (46lbs). He is non-ambulatory, has a seizure and movement disorder, low muscle tone, and developmental delays. Must have knowledge of G-tube feedings, seizure assessment, medicine administering. Equipment onsite: suctioning machine, cough assist, nebulizer, O2 concentrator, and vest therapy. Strict hand washing a MUST!
Case offers additional medically fragile enhanced rate of 30% and the 45% for participation in Medicaid PD Directory.
LPN Base Rate: $24.97
RN Base Rate: $31.21
Available Shifts:
Wednesday: 10pm-6am
Thursday: 10pm-6am
Friday: 7am-7pm
Saturday: 8am-4pm
Sunday: 8am-4pm
