Position Overview: As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in office spaces and contributing to specialized cleaning projects. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily office cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, and sanitizing restrooms.
Execute floor care duties, including (Project team) stripping and refinishing floors, extracting carpet, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to high standards and providing guidance to staff.
Train and mentor new team members and conduct room inspections to maintain quality control.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Hardworking, honest, and reliable.
Must have dependable transportation.
