Must be admitted to practice in New York State and have at least 3 years’ experience in all areas of personal injury litigation.
This position requires involvement in every aspect of litigation including: Drafting Bill of Particulars, Summons and Complaints, and Motions, Conducting Depositions, Court Conferences, Negotiating with insurance companies, etc. Extensive interaction with clients.
The candidate should possess excellent writing, legal research and computer skills. Must be a self-starter, well organized, articulate and able to multi-task. Must be able to travel to court.
