We are small but growing financial services firm looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual with excellent phone and people-skills to greet clients, answers occasional phone calls, and route/take messages as needed. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling correspondence.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing itineraries.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a
2+ financial
or professional services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
