Established contracting company looking for an Administrative Assistant
Duties include administrative functions, general clerical work, Accounting
experience necessary, QuickBooks experience helpful.
Must be detail oriented and have experience with computers (MS Word,Excel)
Minimum 3 years of related experience. Ability to organize & prioritize work,
multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication required
with strong interpersonal skills.
