Responsibilities:
-Assist in execution of daily assigned projects
-Update/Order Parts
-Update/Order Inventory (Warehouse/Truck)
-Prepare proposals and documents for potential customers
-Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
-Update internal database and maintain spreadsheets
-Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate employee
-Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excels in a high-paced work environment
Friendly and positive demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
