Position Overview:
SBLM Long Island branch office of national Architectural firm seeks a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills to provide full-time administrative support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Represent the company with a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients, visitors, staff, and the public
Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
Organize and maintain project-related information
Manage supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure an efficient workflow
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with architecture or marketing concepts and/or programs is a plus
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
