We are a professional and fast-paced CPA firm seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk operations and provide occasional support with personal errands. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable representing our firm as the first point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones, manage appointments, and maintain the front desk schedule
- Organize documents, handle intake, and support basic administrative tasks
- Assist the CPA with occasional personal or office-related errands (local only)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area
- Support in general clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred, but not required
