Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper for small professional environmental engineering consulting firm.
Part Time position. Possible Full Time available in the near future.
Flexible hours available. 20 to 30 hours per week. And possible 40+ hours per week in the near future.
Weekday hours primarily between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. If interested, some early evening and/or Saturday hours would be available.
Job Responsibilities:
- General office work, filing, copying, organizing, etc.
- Scanning to archive files.
- Word processing.
- Assist in answering phones.
- Data entry for accounting and QuickBooks accounting system.
- Some errands to pick up records at local town Building Department offices.
Experience / Skills:
- Strong computer skills.
- Adobe is a must.
- Microsoft office, Word, Excel, Outlook, WordPerfect, QuickBooks and QBO.
