Administrative Assistant for an Electronics Manufacturing Company located in Edgewood, NY.
Duties will include -
General Clerical Work - answering phones, greeting customers at front door, opening mail, ordering office supplies
Accounts Payable - Matching Receivers to Invoices and eventually posting to QuickBooks
Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Must know QuickBooks
Must speak English
Should have prior office experience
Hours - Monday through Friday 9AM to 1PM (Can be flexible)
