Owner of Safety Consulting Company seeking an executive/ personal assistant.
This position is on site Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Heavy email management
- Arrange calls, meetings, reservations and appointments for owner
- Coordinates arrangements and logistics
- Expense management
- Handle personal errands and day-to-day needs
- Provide assistance when there are projects or special events
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience supporting a senior leader/ C level/ Founder as an EA/PA
- Must be reliable
- Proficient in Microsoft Products particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Adobe
- Good verbal and communication skills and conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Good organizational skills a must, along with meticulous attention to detail. Need good follow up
- Must be proactive and self-motivated, with an ability to take initiative
- Need someone who can "get the job done" and come up with creative solutions
Experience with DOB NOW & DOB Portal preferred
Bookkeeping/ QuickBooks/Collections experience a plus
Two locations - LIC & Nassau County NY - must be able to get to both locations depending on the day
$25 - $32 per hour depending on experience and skills
