Need Office Clerk to provide office support, perform general clerical duties, photocopies, scanning, faxing, filing etc. Prepare letters in word, spreadsheets in Excel. Must have excellent experience in using computer softwares and learn new softwares like quickbooks etc. Must be able to work independently and wear several hats, show office for rent, post checks in the computer, bill tenants. Make phone calls to tenants for rental applications. Have excellent communication skills in English. Attention to details etc. Perform general office tasks.
