Office Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our company is seeking a receptionist/assistant to work directly with our other team members. The receptionist/assistant is responsible for monitoring work levels and ensuring that all deadlines are met. The successful candidate for this position will also be required to work directly with the public in person and on the telephone.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support

Gather, organize, and send out documents

Implement correspondence and help with mailing.

File documents.

Answer telephone calls in a professional manner

Data entry

Be able to use a computer with basic to medium skills

Assemble and put together 40-50 mail pieces per day to mail out

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Office: 1 year (Required)

Schedule:

4 hour shift , 3 or 4 days a week
