We are a locally owned company providing both construction and floral decorating services. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, etc.).
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, organizing files, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with management to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
- Prior bookkeeping experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be able to work on-site; this position is not remote.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time: 2-3 days a week
Compensation: $23 - $30 per hour based on experience
