Administrative Assistant to perform full range of daily duties to maintain a small office, with an emphasis on answering and directing calls and providing support to owner and service managers to ensure efficient operation of the office. EXPERIENCE IN FIELD A MUST.
Duties will include, but not be limited to, answering phones, greeting clients, creating service orders, posting parts, overseeing returns, invoicing and light bookkeeping.
This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 1 pm. No weekends.
