Job Opportunity: Real Estate Instructor
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Instructor to join our team at the American Real Estate Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching the New York State 77-hour pre-licensure salesperson course. In this role, you will guide students through the curriculum, provide support throughout the course, and help them prepare to pass the state licensing exam. It is online zoom course; you can teach from your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach the New York State 77-hour pre-licensure salesperson course
- Provide guidance and support to students throughout the course
- Assist students in preparing for and passing the state licensing exam
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
- Stay current with real estate laws and practices in New York State
Qualifications:
- New York State Real Estate Instructor license (required)
- Experience teaching real estate courses, especially pre-licensure courses (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Detail-oriented with a focus on student success
