Busy real estate law firm seeking an EXPERIENCED full time real estate paralegal or jr. attorney to join our team.
Applicants MUST have the following:
-2+ years of relevant work experience
-comfortability working with CRMs
-experience in all aspects of residential real estate from contract to close, including title clearance
-experience representing buyers, sellers, and lenders
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
-Spanish speaking
-experience with distressed real estate
This is a full time, non-remote position.
