Role Description
We are seeking energetic phone sales reps to take 100% of incoming calls. Zero cold calls! We invest a great deal in national advertising! We have a very active call center. You will be assisting customers calling for assistance with their personal injury cases. This role requires night shift and weekend work. Do not apply unless you are willing to take evening AND weekend shift work!
With your energetic sales experience, you will be assisting potential customers in choosing our firm to represent them in their personal injury cases! We average 20 calls/day from prospective clients.
This is an Afternoon SHIFT and WEEKEND POSITION
12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST with Weekend and Holiday Work
The more calls you take, the more opportunities to sign up clients for representation. Many potential clients call us after hours and on the weekendWe need energetic sales representatives ready to help them with their personal injury cases!
This is a base of $40K and on target earnings at a quota of $50K for your first year. That being said, some reps are making $64K/year in this position. We have management opportunities for those that exceed all goal expectations!
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in PHONE SALES, (with a quota) not just client or patient intake!
(During your first phone screen we will ask you for sales quota achievement!)
- 3 years or more working for the same company to show job stability!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- United States residency or citizenship required (State Side Only)
- Associate degree or higher
