Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will play a key role in the growth of our company by identifying potential customers and selling our products/services to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, email outreach, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Present product/service offerings to clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections
Close sales deals and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance sales efforts
Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in [industry]
Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
