Guide clients through the entire Home Buying process, from application to closing.
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure smooth, timely loan approvals.
Stay informed on current market trends and mortgage industry updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mortgage sales, finance, or real estate preferred.
NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
