We are looking for Mortgage Loan Officers and Loan Officer Trainees who are ready to capitalize on this opportunity and help clients take advantage of low-interest rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a pipeline of clients interested in refinancing their mortgage.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of refinancing, including reducing monthly payments, shortening loan
terms, and eliminating private mortgage insurance (PMI).
Analyze customers’ financial situations and recommend suitable refinance options.
Guide clients through the entire refinance process, from application to closing.
Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to ensure smooth, timely loan approvals.
Stay informed on current market trends and mortgage industry updates.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in mortgage sales, finance, or real estate preferred.
NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
