Established Precast Company looking for a Salesperson / Estimator.
We are seeking a qualified salesperson who is reliable and self-motivated to join team. Must have ability to analyze plans, handle project take-offs with accuracy, and prepare estimates.
The candidate must be computer literate and have experience using Excel. Also, experience with Sketchup, PlanSwift, and or AutoCad is preferred.
The Essential Functions of the estimator include but are not limited to:
- Review bid specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
- Prepare estimates and takeoff required for the scope of work.
- Organize and manage multiple projects.
- Work with clients, and coworkers to prepare orders.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience
- Read Blueprints (Architectural Plans)
- Use Sketchup or AutoCad
- Use Microsoft Excel
- Planswift (Optional - Willingness to Learn it if you don't have experience)
- Must have a car
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule:
Monday to Friday / 8am - 4pm
