JAD Electrical is seeking a motivated and reliable Electrical Helper to support our lead mechanics and technicians on residential and commercial jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the electrical trade and learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist lead mechanics with installations, repairs, and service work
Pull wire, run conduit, install devices, and support rough and finish electrical tasks
Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow direction from senior electricians and learn proper techniques
Support accurate documentation, material tracking, and job site setup/breakdown
Represent JAD Electrical with professionalism at all times

Requirements
Some experience in the electrical field preferred but not required
Willingness to learn and grow under senior electricians
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders, in crawl spaces, and other physical environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools

Prior residential or commercial electrical exposure
OSHA 10 certification
Ability to read basic plans or diagrams
