Req Number 138486Job DescriptionThis position is part of a newly established function within Enterprise Digital Services (EDS) called Business Relationship Management. Each role will support one specific region (Western, Central, Eastern, Continuing Care/Ambulatory) and will drive and oversee the BRM function for a specific region to ensure alignment and integration of EDS and regional initiatives and build strong and effective relationships with stakeholders and partners across all of the three ambulatory regions. This role will act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand their business objectives, and identify technology needs, challenges, and opportunities related to care delivery, clinical workflows, and administrative processes.Plans, and ensures the implementation of designed IT business solutions utilizing Project Management Office (PMO) resources and coordination of project planning activities. Facilitates portfolio governance and prioritization, and ensures projects are reviewed and approved by specific executive councils; also facilitates ongoing interaction with IS the leadership to support strategic direction of the organization. Program Management Office focuses on the project execution lifecycle processes, tools and reporting.Job Responsibility

Leads and facilities Regularly scheduled meetings with the Regional Leadership

Provides regularly scheduled updates on key regional strategies, priorities and initiatives.

Continues to be responsive to all constituents via emails, phone calls, follow up and solutions.

Partners with the business to develop key Plans and Strategies and roadmaps for the region and service lines within the region

Partners with the business leadership to facilitate EPIC readiness activities to support the successful migration for all three regions and the Continuing Care scope

Partners with the business leadership to facilitate all regional Practice acquisitions and Ambulatory Capital Programs

Provides onsite support and rounding for all the sites in the region to ensure presence and coverage.

Drives and supports change management and communications for the region/sites for critical technology initiatives and serve as an executive sponsor of change agent community.

Drives and supports operational and technical readiness of key technology initiatives and go-live implementations (including Epic) for the region in partnership with EDS.

Establishes, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness, performance, and value of business relationship management and integration strategies.

Continuously identify and support execution of opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, increased engagement, and better alignment with all stakeholders.

Contributes through a combination of key technical expertise and technical/process leadership that regularly provides enterprise level guidance to team members.

Oversees the planning, organization, and direction of activities of the IT Portfolio Management function; coordinates IT project planning activities to ensure optimum scheduling and allocation of resources to achieve enterprise goals and objectives; directs the portfolio data collection processes allowing visibility into project, program, and portfolio critical path dependencies and cross portfolio dependencies to optimize IT throughput potential; collaborates with IT leadership in providing creative strategies in managing overall IT demand.

Collaborates with senior IT leadership and portfolio management to develop a master plan which aligns with internal IT strategic objectives and enterprise business objectives; conducts project and cross project critical path analysis to alert stakeholders of potential risks and assist in conducting 'what if' analysis to mitigate risks; collaborates with key stakeholders to develop strategies to increase the overall throughput of IT delivery.

Oversees the planning, development, and direction of Enterprise Portfolio Management operations, incorporating Lean Portfolio Management principles and framework.

Evaluates and directs the assessment of industry best practices on an on-going basis and supports strategies for program adaptation to continually improve our capabilities.

Job Qualification

Master's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

15+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of leadership / management experience, required.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

5+ years of hospital operations or clinical experience

5+ years in technology related field

Account Management experience-preferred.

Presentation and PowerPoint savvy skills to build strategies, plans and roadmaps for the region

Project Management Experience to ensure organization and management skills

Financial Essential skills in order to develop business plans and budgets partnering with the business and regional leadership

Works as a facilitator and partners with the regional leadership/business and the technology team, and other key IT teams and leaders to understand and communicate strategies with the business and share feedback and requests for new technology and innovation with the IT leadership

Positive and can-do attitude- works well with others- solution oriented
