Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner; compiles data for various statistical reports as required. Implements and monitors general office systems. Serves as a liaison to the home care network management staff.Job Responsibility
Provides leadership to Administrative Support team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
Selects, develops, manages and evaluates direct reports; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely fashion.
Prepares statistical reports for Home Care Network management or external departments as required.
Assists the leadership in analyzing and compiling statistical data for required reports and projects.
Works in conjunction with Business Services group to ensure proper documentation is received and/or transmitted timely from all disciplines prior to submission for billing process.
Communicates with the leadership to address issues regarding physical space, communications the health systems, equipment and maintenance, as well as any non-clinical process issues.
Implement the health systems updates directed by the Home Care Network in clerical procedures and maintains productivity standards with clerical support staff.
Prepares and monitors payroll preparation and ensures all required documentation is received and validated.
Maintains productivity statistics for the Home Care Agency.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.
