Job Details:
- need entry level and experienced accountant, office Clerk
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Payroll and sales tax preparation experience prefer
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Job Requirements:
- familiar with QB, Microsoft office, Proseries prefer
- general office duty
- client service orientated
- Bilingual – ENGLISH AND CHINESE
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical Skills
- Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, communication skill
