Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
Verify invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries professionally.
Reconcile vendor statements and ensure timely payments.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
Reconcile Bank and Credit card statements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field is a plus.
Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
Individual must have great work ethics and detail oriented.
