My client, a company in the building maintence space, is seeking a Billing Specialist to add to their team. This position will manage the processing of client invoices and ensure timely cash application to open bills. You would be joining a team of 5+ other billing specialists, and report to the billing manager. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing monthly invoices, retainer filling, and with statement accounts and collections on overdue invoices. This position sits out of Queens, NY on a hybrid model with 3 days in and 2 days remote.
