Our client, a global technology firm based in NYC is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their growing team! In this role, you will manage customer invoicing through our ERP system and be actively involved in the company's monthly Order-to-Cash cycle to ensure timely processing of sales orders. You will handle internal requests for updates to customer data, record and reconcile collections, and align Accounts Receivable aging reports with related deliverables. Additionally, you'll investigate and resolve discrepancies in customer accounts while maintaining ongoing communication with customers, sales representatives, business operations, customer success teams, and AR/collections teams.
